I am passionate about helping you achieve thriving health and energy and becoming mind and financially independent. You might ask how I nourish my brain to come up with the ideas that gets me where I want to be in life – and I would say that it is not a secret – I simply love to read books. I read books about health, how to build wealth, and how to have awesome relationships. What I learned continues to help me to sleep not more than 5 hours average per day while having thriving energy, and becoming financially free. They gave me the knowledge to get in shape and then to help me stay lean and strong with the MED (minimum effective dose) mindset.
I divided the list into 2 categories. One for physical health and one for mental health. Enjoy and let me know what is your favorite book that should be on this list!
